Refund, Exchange & Return Policy:

We aim to make your experience of ordering NMD or VS online as smooth and convenient as possible. Which is why we’ve developed the following returns policy to give you peace of mind when ordering directly with us.

All products are returnable, exchangeable and refundable as long as they meet these conditions:

Incorrect Order:
If the sizing or description of the product you received does not match information on website.
Damaged:
If the product has been damaged in transit.
Faulty Item:
If the product you received is faulty or defective in some way, and is still under warranty.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind” purchases. We also do not refund for goods which have been delayed in transit by the carrier.
The product must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, with tags, and in unused condition (unless it is a warranty claim).
In the instance where NMD/VS has sent an incorrect Order or the product was delivered damaged or faulty, we will organise the return of the product and cover the cost of shipping.
The returned goods must be in the possession of NMD/VS before any further action is taken. Once we have received the returned product, we will either organise a replacement product to be shipped to your original address, at no extra cost to you, or issue you with a refund at our discretion.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Minikmati Pty Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that the product will be free from material defects and faulty workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This does not include damage caused by misuse, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear, bubbling due to excessive sun and/ or heat exposure, water logging from leash anchor, snapped board or any damage from leash strap or any type of creasing on either deck or slick bottom of the board. All warranty claims must be made at the place of purchase. Proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction) is required for all war­ranty claims. The manufacturer, distributer and seller expressly disclaim any liability for injury, death, property damage or other loss or damage suffered by any person as a consequence of the use of this product.
